AI tools will replace human-written blog content and on-page SEO as they continue to improve. I'm not sure when, but I'm positive it will happen.

To be clear...SEO won't die, but it will change, as it always does.

Here's what you need to know so your business prints money 💵💵💵💵 while your competition wonders what happened!

Video Content Gains Importance 📽️

AI-generated blogs are becoming easier to produce and scale, and while it's not perfect, the content will improve 10x from its current state. To combat this influx of undifferentiated crap, use videos to help build trust with your audience by putting a face to your content. Videos also make it easier for customers to feel like they "know" you reducing friction in the buying process.

Backlinks are the Authority Differentiator 🔗

Backlinks will become the main differentiator in building authority and high rankings as it becomes harder to stand out with content. As a result, the algorithm will default to ranking the most trusted site. I've seen guest post-style links doing well across niches and boosting rankings repeatedly. Read my Backlink Blueprint for FREE, but on a high level, links should be:

  • Niche relevant

  • Domain Authority 25+

  • Have real traffic

Emphasize First-Hand Experience:🤚

Algorithms will place more weight on first-hand experiences in writing and video. Content creators and businesses should prioritize sharing genuine experiences and testimonials from real customers, which search engine algorithms can easily understand and value.

Ideas include:

  • Google Business Profile Reviews

  • Use Testimonial Hero to get high quality video reviews (no affiliation)

  • User generated content to share on website/socials/etc.

User Experience (UX) and Design Matter More: Homogenized content means you'll need to win in other ways. For example, user experience (UX) and site design will significantly impact users' willingness to stay engaged on a site. In Google's eyes, engagement is a sign of value! In the future, design will be a key component of SEO!
